You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Use of the Service

The Service provides AI-generated quizzes for K-12 subjects for educational and practice purposes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use of the Service, you warrant that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

The quizzes generated by the Service are for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service, Content or Marks for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.

4. User Representations
